Why am I billed separately for shipping?
Our company would rather charge our customers the exact shipping costs, rather than a "blanket" fee. Once we have rung in your order to make sure that your Credit Card is valid, we then take your package to the Post Office to have it weighed and measured. We charge exactly what the Post Office charges ~ there are no handling fees.

Why do my receipts say Zydeco?
Zydeco Gifts Inc. is our company name. I Love Duckies is a branch of our corporation.

Will you accept a check?
Zydeco accepts Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept personal checks, but we will accept a Post Office Issued Money Order.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 2 - 10 days in North America. Shipping to other parts of the world will vary as to where you are located.

What if my package doesn't arrive on time?
When we ship outside of Canada, your package must go through Customs in your Country. Sometimes they have a bit of a back log, but we know that they do try to keep the mail moving smoothly.
